  • Is the store open 24/7?

Currently, we are by appointment only.

As we cater to events across Melbourne and Geelong, it is often that all team members are out onsite meaning we do not have someone present at the warehouse at all times.

Our appointments are extremely flexible and can be made over the phone.

  • What Payment methods are accepted?

We accept EFT, Cash & PayID.

Invoices & receipts provided as required.

Bonds are returned upon drop off of equipment

This is held until the equipment is returned in the condition it was received and quickly inspected. A partial or full loss of bond will only be incurred if damage has occurred to the equipment (99.9% of customers receive this back in full)
